Qualifications

• Education: BSc or HND
• Minimum of 3 years in operations, with at least 2 in a leadership role
• Strong communication, project management, and team leadership skills
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing organization
• Knowledge of logistics, FMCG, or delivery operations
• Ability to manage resources, deadlines, and teams under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and people management capabilities
• Must be highly proactive and results-driven.
