Job Position: Operations Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• RYNO is looking to hire an intern as an Operations Supervisor.
• Manage day-to-day fleet operation activities.
• Supervising driver team ansd ensuring working planning, training and HSE standards.
• Managing vehicle allocation and planning in advance.
• Managing all vehicle documents.
• HSE internal auditing to keep the vehicles compliant as per HSE standards.
• Review of weekly and monthly reports and summarizing pertinent points.
• Coordinating the acquisition and maintenance of vehicles.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Male or female with minimum of a university degree.
• Driving license, off road knowledge, logistics.
• Extensive people management experience.
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management.
• Strong understanding of safety culture and management.
• Well-developed problem solving and organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Remuneration
  30,000 Thousand Naira monthly.
