ICS Outsourcing Limited - Our client, a leading supermarket and department store in Nigeria and beyond is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Outlet Concept Manager (Electronics)
Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the Sales Target as per Budget.
• To ensure achieving Category Margins during the calendar year as per category-laid norms.
• Retention of Staff (Attrition rate to be maintained at the minimum)
• To control the Loss Notes vis a vis Sales and ensure updates on a periodic basis to have proper control on the inventory.
• To minimize shrinkage vis a Vis Sales.
• Evaluating and providing constructive feedback.
• Training, mentoring and monitoring staff performances.
• To ensure minimization of the itemized Average daily negatives to control revenue loss.
• To ensure the accuracy of book Stocks v/s Physical stock

Requirements

• HND / BSc in sales or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years in retail sales experience role and industry
• Excellent understanding of retail sales management
