We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Payment Assistant

Job Location: Ogba, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Making phone calls to customers
• Manage large amounts of calls in a timely mannerfollow various communication scripts when speaking to a caller
• Keep records of conversations in the call centre database
• Follow up on loans collected and remind them of due dates

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate; OND.
• Excellent communication skill
• Exceptional Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must have an ANDRIOD SMARTPHONE with at least 2gb ram.

Salary
N85,000 - N100,000 / Month.
