Job Position: Procurement Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Calculate the required safety stocks required to run the business per forecast.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure prompt clearance of materials under financial provisions.
• Follow up on Form M and LCs to ensure no delays.
• Track pending POs beyond 24hrs creation.
• Request Contract ID request for PO generation
• Support preparation and execution of the Demand Review ( DRM )
• Provides support, data compilation as it is required by Materials Planning Manager.

Requirements

• B.SC (Second Class Lower Minimum) / HND (Upper Credit Minimum)
• Must be computer literate
• Process thinking to enhance cross-functional interaction with other departments.
• Experience required.

Salary
N80,000 and other benefits.
