Biosec, An IT Company that specializes in Identity Management (Biometrics and Verification), is recruiting an experienced individual to fill the position below:

Job Position: Product Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Mid-Senior

Responsibilities


  • The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support, to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Job Requirements

  • Degree M.Sc / B.Sc / HND
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Certified Product Manager (CPM)
  • Their personality should be committed, passionate, leadership to inspire people
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap
  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Oversee quality assurance
  • Oversee UI/UX requirements
  • Work with third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
  • Perform product demos to customers
  • Advise on pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
  • Develop sales strategies
  • Propose an overall budget to ensure success
  • Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
  • Brief press and analysts and go on press tours
  • Act as a leader within the company.

Additional Requirements:

Salary
N240,000 - N480,000 Annually.
