Job Description

• Are you an innovative product manager who thrives on creating exceptional experiences? 
• As a Product Manager, you will lead the change in creating and optimizing the journey for prospective candidates to discover and choose our institute.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and converting prospective candidates into enrolled students. 
• Designing end-to-end candidate journeys, from initial touchpoints to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience. 
• Leading the admissions, marketing, and tech teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and seamless integration across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree
• 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, software development, talent development, or related fields
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of the software engineering industry and job market trends
• Familiarity with learning and development strategies.
