What We Need

• We are looking to hire a skilled Product Manager who will drive product goals and be the liaison between stakeholders, engineering and business units to ensure the strategic goals and business objectives of the organsation are met, through stakeholder engagement, requirement analysis, technical documentation, and project execution.
• This role charges the Product Manager with the responsibility of translating the product vision into technical terms, while ensuring the product can compete in the market while working closely with Internal Stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Managing the Product lifecycle process to achieve the objectives of the product.
• Liaising with the Engineering, Business Development and Growth teams to ensure that the Product development is aligned with the customer requirements.
• Developing and building the Product roadmap.
• Translating Product Strategy into detailed technical requirements.
• Researching user needs and experience.
• Generating new ideas to fill products gaps and increase market share.
• Acting as translator between business and technical community interpreting user needs and translating them into more technical language for the developers (and vice-versa).
• Lead the collaboration with stakeholders and partners to define scope for projects and enhancements, documents risks and assumptions, develops the delivery approach, and timings.
• Prepare standard reports with appropriate illustrations in intuitive graphs, charts and other visual representations.

Requirements
The Must Have:

• Must have A Degree in Business Administration/management, Economics or any related discipline.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Excellent Project Management skills.
• An excellent understanding of Agile methodologies.
• An excellent understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and time management skills.
• Experience working in cross functional teams.
