We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Product Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features accordingly.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, user feedback, and market opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degrees in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products from concept to delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Experience working in agile development environments, with knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user experience principles.
