Responsibilities
The person will among other responsibilities carry out the following:

• Ensures continuous and effective assets management.
• Ensures adherence to Food and Beverage Legislation, of the company Standards, ISO certification, Good Manufacturing Practices and other internal and external regulatory compliance.
• Maintains effective systems to ensure the company products and package quality.
• Ensures all production personnel meet the requirements of Good Housekeeping and Good Manufacturing practices
• Actively participates and ensures the implementation of various infrastructure or process optimization projects Production
• Builds production teams’ capabilities through implementation of training and development programs

Requirements
IT Skills:

• Must be a computer user with good knowledge, M-Excel, Power point and word.

Qualification

• A Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering or related field required.

The Person:

• Not more than 45 years.
• Proactive, Self motivated. Disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very Energetic with good team leadership skills and must be a team player

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years working experience in the field of Production Management, Quality Assurance or Maintenance in Food or Beverage Industry.
• Experience in people management Knowledge of a Juice and Dairy organization: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality. Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety
