We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Production Manager
Job Location: Akoka - Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control the production process to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved while minimizing downtime, waste, and costs.
• Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
• Monitor machine performance, coordinate maintenance, and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of production, materials usage, and efficiency reports.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure adequate raw material supply and timely product dispatch.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and create a culture of safety awareness on the factory floor.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Production/Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and people-management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting production targets and improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/production software).

Salary
N100,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
