Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee all aspects of garment production from pattern development to final finishing.
• The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of pattern drafting, draping structures, dart manipulation, and garment construction, with the ability to lead production teams, maintain luxury standards, and manage operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and monitor all production activities to ensure smooth workflow, timely completion, and adherence to quality standards.
• Pattern Development: Draft and interpret accurate production patterns; apply techniques such as draping, dart manipulation, contour shaping, and structural adjustments to achieve desired fit and design precision.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks at every stage of production, ensuring that all garments meet the brand’s craftsmanship and finishing standards.
• Team Management: Supervise tailors, and finishing staff; provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance productivity and skill development.
• Workflow & Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of both bespoke and ready-to-wear collections.
• Material & Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure fabric and trims are available when needed, minimizing wastage and delays.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in garment production management within a fashion house.
• Proficiency in pattern drafting, sewing techniques, and garment finishing.
• Strong knowledge of draping, dart manipulation, and fit adjustment techniques.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 per month.
