Winnys Meals on the Move Nigeria Limited is a Nigerian fast-food restaurant, with outlets in Badagry, Festac, Abuja Asokoro, international airport. Our services include Eat-In, Outdoor catering, Bulk soup orders, and Food delivery.

Job Position: Production Officer
Job Location: Asokoro, Abuja

Job Summary

The Production Staff is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food items in strict compliance with Winnys Meals On The Move Nig Ltd’s standards for quality, hygiene, and speed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare raw ingredients for cooking (e.g., washing, cutting, marinating, seasoning, portioning) according to recipe specifications and daily production plans.
• Cook food items including but not limited to rice dishes, soups, meats, pastries, and side items using appropriate equipment (stove, oven, fryer, grill, etc.).
• Adhere strictly to kitchen timelines to ensure meals are ready during peak hours and demand periods.
• Follow standardized recipes and procedures to maintain consistent taste, appearance, and quality across all branches.
• Practice excellent personal hygiene (e.g., hand washing, clean uniforms, hair nets, gloves).
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of workstations, utensils, kitchen surfaces, cutting boards, and equipment before and after use.
• Operate kitchen appliances and equipment safely and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team or supervisor.
• Ensure all equipment (knives, mixers, fryers, blenders, etc.) are cleaned, dried, and stored appropriately after use.

Requirements

• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow directions and standardized processes.
• Multitasking and time management under pressure.
• Team spirit and effective communication with co-workers.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and cooking techniques.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and processes.

Salary
N65,000 / month
