Job Position: Quality Assurance Auditor

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Ensure the collection, analysis, trending, and reporting of Quality measurements to provide accurate and timely data to customers and management.
• Guarantee that products adhere to specified quality standards.
• Communicate Shift Quality information to stakeholders within agreed timelines.
• Maintain completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of report data and documentation consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigative studies to enhance production processes.
• Participate in knowledge and process review sessions organized by Team Leaders or supervisors.
• Provide guidance to factory workers on implementing quality best practices.
• Ensure 100% compliance with work instructions, procedures, and product specifications.
• Identify personal training needs to improve work quality and effectiveness.
• Adhere to laboratory working standards.
• Communicate shift quality information promptly to team members within the Quality department and the entire plant crew.
• Minimize waste and nonconformance by engaging with and providing continuous feedback to shop floor personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Science Field with Chemistry, Mathematics or Statistics as a major study area 
• Has knowledge required to do assigned audits and tasks within functional area 
• Functional knowledge of quality analysis tools (Pareto, Excel, Fishbone diagram, UPS, 5 whys and SPC tool. 
• Good organisational skills. 
• May have advanced specialty education and training, and / or on-the-job experience. 
• Knowledge of factory processes and procedures. 
• Good reporting skills
