Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Limited is one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in Ikeja Lagos which was established in 1985. The Company has an Installed Capacity of 6.0million bottles of liquid syrup and 310.2 million tablets per annum respectively.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
• Monitor all operations that affect quality.
• Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff.
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
• Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
• Review current standards and policies.
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
• Determine, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
• Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
• Supervise technical or laboratory staff.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Chemistry or Biochemistry and M.Sc or certificate in quality control will be added advantage
• Matured and Proven minimum of (3) three years experience as quality assurance manager or relevant role
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
