Job Position: Quality Assurance Officer
Job Location: Oregun Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Timely sampling and analysis of raw materials/products, and communication of status(passed/failed).
• Conduct product tests and assessment
• Identify product defects and prompt reporting of any quality deviation
• Support process improvement
• Make necessary SOP implementation
• Support investigation and closure of consumer and trade complaints.
• Follow through on assigned QMS Audit Corrective

Education & Experience

• BSc / HND in Microbiology, Chemical Engineering & other related disciplines with a minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good leadership and communication skills
• A good knowledge of the current best manufacturing practices
