A reputable Food and Beverage company into production of energy drink, CDS and milk related products is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Control Inspector

Job Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Job Purpose

• Ensure the production of food & beverages in strict compliance to quality and food safety standards.
• Achieve stable quality product and data integrity
• Ensure the timely and accurate inspection of production process and analysis of the semi-finished product and validation.

Duties

• Ensure that non-conforming products are quarantined without delay with prompt analysis.
• Achieve tracking and rechecking of on hold products within two days
• Monitoring of all identified CCPs to ensure critical limits are not exceeded.
• Monitor and supervise the weighing and mixing process with proper tagging and ensure that food safety hazards are not introduced into the system
• Ensure that the production operatives adhere strictly to instructions stated in the SOPs, Work Aids and Work Instructions
• Ensure effective Good Housekeeping in workplace and personal hygiene
• Achieve daily assessment of weighing room, filling and general factory.
• And all other duties assigned by your immediate superior

Education Qualification

• HND / B.Sc in Science related courses.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
