We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Officer. As a Quality Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Position: Quality Officer

Job Location: Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• In this role, you will be responsible for writing reports, conducting audits, inspections, and quality control checks to ensure that our operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
• You will work closely with our technicians and operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining product quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality control reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency
• Train technicians on quality control procedures and best practices
• Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Create and maintain product quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality control reports.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement quality control strategies
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in a Biological Science, Environmental Science or a relevant field with 0-3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in quality control or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Must be Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
