Bradfield Consulting Limited - Our client, a reputable organization into Construction, Building and Warehousing, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quantity Surveyor
Job Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Reviewing construction plans
• Preparing quantity requirements and working bills presented as material and labour schedules
• Conducting market survey of material costs
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required
• Analysing existing budgets and making improvements
• Reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates
• Negotiating with various contractors and vendors

Educational Qualification & Requirements

• Must have 3 years and above cognate experience
• B.Sc / HND in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Technology or any related course from a reputable university
• Membership of The Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) will be an added advantage
• Must have completed 2 to 3 projects
