Job Position: Receivable Accountant

Job Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To ensure the management of the company’s Revenue, Tax, and Finance functions across the organization covering analysis of all Data on all relevant platforms and other sources. Aimed at achieving reliable and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reconciliation of e-service receipts to Collectors to Bank and analysis, proper signed off, postings, and fillings.
• Weekly and monthly MRC analysis and reconciliation.
• Attend to Audit queries on Revenue reconciliation issues.
• Follow up on all revenue confirmations as requested.
• Immediate customer payment confirmation and push of sales orders.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales orders vis a-vis revenue.
• Does all functions on Revenue assurance.
• Book and manage Asset Bookings on Odoo 15
• Manages Fixed Asset Register
• Provide/Process Depreciation Figures as at when required.
• Manages ALL taxes and Pension-Computations and Remittance.
• OLA Management.
• All commission management agents, Staff, and Customers.
• Weekly Report management Backup.
• Any job delegated by your bosses.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
