Citygate Global is a registered member of Association of Non-Bank Microfinance Institution of Nigeria (AMFIN) and also a registered Money Lending Company in all the States where we operate.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Recovery Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for recovering overdue loans, reducing non-performing loans, and ensuring timely repayment through customer engagement and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on overdue and delinquent loan accounts
• Visit defaulting customers and negotiate repayments
• Issue recovery notices and repayment schedules
• Prepare recovery reports and updates
• Recommend legal or collateral action when required.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
