Description 

• Strategy and Planning: Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
• Sourcing and Attracting: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening and Evaluating: Screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications.
• Offer and Negotiation: Negotiating job offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms.
• Onboarding and Integration: Assisting new hires with the onboarding process and ensuring they are properly integrated into the organization.
• Communication and Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers, HR staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment practices.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
