RSIN was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. We mainly conduct business in Nigeria and other western African countries. Over the past 20 years of development, we have become a multinational corporation with diversified industrial clusters of iron and steel, textile, fiber chemical and lead-acid battery manufacturing based on the construction of circular economy industrial park.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Recruitment Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the selection, training and retention of Nigerian team members in the region in charge;
  • Responsible for recruiting high-end Nigerian talents in the region in charge;
  • Responsible for background investigation of high-level Nigerian personnel in the region;
  • Responsible for the induction training, corporate culture training and capacity building training of Nigerian employees in the region in charge;
  • Responsible for the promotion of the company's headquarters policies and systems and the supervision and implementation of the systems;
  • Responsible for connecting with the company's headquarters for personnel-related work;
  • Responsible for assisting Chinese managers in the region to carry out corporate cultural activities and seminars.

Qualifications

  • University degree preferred;
  • More than 3 years of experience in human resources management and recruitment;
  • University major in Human Resources Management and Business Management is preferred;
  • Able to operate computers and use office software, with strong team management, organization, coordination and communication skills;
  • Candidates with Chinese communication skills are preferred (preferably with Chinese communication skills);
  • Priority is given to those working in Chinese or foreign companies.
