Over the past 20 years of development, we have become a multinational corporation with diversified industrial clusters of iron and steel, textile, fiber chemical and lead-acid battery manufacturing based on the construction of circular economy industrial park.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Recruitment Manager

Job Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement recruitment plans, align with company goals, and forecast staffing needs.
• Sourcing & Attraction: Post jobs, use social media, attend career fairs, and build talent pipelines.
• Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct interviews (including with hiring managers), and oversee selection.
• Offer & Negotiation: Extend offers, negotiate salaries, benefits, and contracts. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define roles and interview processes.
• Process Improvement: Create and recommend new interviewing techniques and track recruitment metrics.
• Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure adherence to employment laws and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
