Job Position: Recruitment Officer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The dedicated recruiter to join our team must be able to source and identify various organizations’ hiring needs and must be able to fill the job openings with competent individuals.
• He/She must be able to source candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
• Must be up to date with company’s hiring needs and internship programs
• Must be able to assess candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identifying clients’ hiring needs
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Completing paperwork and documenting candidates' information.
• Promoting the company's reputation and image as a good employment/recruitment organization.
• Providing recruitment reports.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND qualification.
