Job Position: Recruitment Outsourcing Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower management across multiple client accounts.
• Lead recruitment, payroll processing, employee documentation, and performance tracking.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and SLA adherence.
• Supervise HR field staff and ensure proper deployment and compliance at client sites.
• Prepare and review HR and payroll reports, staff movement logs, and compliance registers.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws, health & safety policies, and internal operational standards.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying outsourcing opportunities and optimizing service delivery.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5 – 10 years of solid experience in HR operations or outsourcing (preferably in a consulting firm).
• Professional HR Certification is an added advantage.
• Strong people management and client servicing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
