Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Ariaria, Abia
Responsibilities

• The RMs are to drive membership enrollment, and ensure product penetration within the market including deposits mobilization and loans and render daily report to the CMO.

Qualification and Experience:
Candidate must possess the following qualification:

• A good first Degree or its equivalent in Social Science or Administration.
• At least 3-4 years Marketing experience acquired from a commercial bank, Insurance, or other relevant institutions.
• Ability to manage a team and drive performance for position
• Computer literacy is required
• Knowledge of Aba market and Ariaria in particular is very important.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
