Job Description


  • Deposit/Fund mobilization
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of DSEs so as to ensure that the target volumes are met.
  • Customer portfolio management of  monthly, quarterly and yearly returns on investment
  • Weekly report on inflow and outflow.
  • Develop new products and services, recommend modifications to existing product line by Investigating into customer problems.
  • Coordinates negotiations and correspondences with HNIs.
  • Contributes to the development of marketing processes and procedures.
  • Retain and enhance relationship with existing customers whilst acquiring new ones.
  • Manage the Training and development of DSEs.
  • Timely performance appraisal reports of DSEs.
