Job Location: Fola Osibo - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Thursday – Sunday (4 PM till late)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all operations of our lounge.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, effective staff coordination, guest satisfaction, and profitability while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations
• Supervise and motivate all team members to ensure excellent service delivery
• Coordinate front and back-of-house activities to maintain efficient service flow
• Handle guest concerns professionally and provide prompt resolutions
• Track sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Monitor stock levels, approve restocking, and reduce wastage
• Prepare daily sales, expense, and attendance reports
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and promotional events

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience managing a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality outlet
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and financial reporting
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Residing within or close to Lekki is an added advantage

Salary
N250,000 Monthly
