Job Description

• We are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to take the helm of ourdining establishment in the heart of Wuse 2, Abuja.

• As the Restaurant Manager, you won't just run operations you will be the chief culture carrier and experience officer. You will oversee all facets of the restaurant, ensuring peak performance, exceptional service delivery, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) coordination, to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of waiters, hosts, and kitchen support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and manage scheduling.
• Control inventory, manage costs, track sales performance, and handle all cash management procedures with integrity.
• Personally manage guest relations, swiftly resolve concerns, and ensure every diner leaves with a memorable, positive experience.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards required by local regulations.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven managerial experience in a high-volume, quality restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead by example, inspire a team, and maintain a positive, professional work environment.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant budgeting, inventory control, and driving sales growth.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills—you are the face and voice of our brand.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month
