Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and evaluating potential risk that may affect our organization.
• The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of risk management principles and techniques as well as the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures and practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and adjust them as necessary.
• Communicate risk management information to key stakeholders, including Senior Management, board of directors and employees.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
• Identify potential risk that may affect the organization and evaluate the likelihood and impact of those risk.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of identified risk.
• Develop and maintain relationship with external partners, including insurance providers and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial and Investment Broker Industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and evaluate potential risk.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
