Safetruck is online Freight Marketplace connecting transport Providers with prospective Customers via robust online platform. Customer post job/jobs on the safetruck platform base on their budget and transports providers on the platform bids giving room for the customer to decide based on quotes that suits their budget.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales and Digital Marketer Executive
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role

• As an Application Administrator of Safetrucks, you will be engaged in delivering exceptional application support thereby providing high quality service management and resolution to customers that use our online platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service management for Safetrucks Nig. Limited applications which includes but not limited to: Operational support, proactive upgrades, maintenance, and development solution design & implementation and performance enhancements
• Provide data verification and cleansing to support upgrades, testing and system/application.
• Training of internal and external users of the platform.
• Develop and distribute information to users about good practice in the daily use of enterprise applications.
• Build effective relationships with key internal staff and external vendors.
• Identifying, creating and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives which improve process and service to customers

Requirements

• A Degree in Business, Computer science or relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in applications/customer support.
• Strong writing and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be resident in Ibadan city or ready to relocate to Ibadan.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Ability to learn and master Safetrucks platform on available tools.
• Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
• Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
• Critical thinking skills.

Full-time Hours:

• 35 hours per week.

Salary
N840,000.00 - N1,200,000 annually
