Job Description

  • We urgently need a passionate and customer-centrist Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We expect you to make an incredible impact every day - on our customers, our teams, and our company.
  • You shall inspire, problem solve, and more - in short, you truly are the heartbeat of our client's retail business!

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Sales receipt is issued for all and every item sold.
  • Daily reconciliation of transactions and Stock.
  • Maintain a friendly working environment and relationship
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked.
  • Conducting sales with walk-in customers by providing professional customer service during and after the sale.
  • A customer-centrist attitude.
  • A genuine desire, confidence and experience to sell.
  • Ability to deliver a memorable experience to our customers.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess at least an OND/ HND of any degree.
  • 1 - 3 years of retail work experience.
  • Must reside on the island or close to the island for the sake of proximity.
  • Must possess great communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Basic administration skills.
  • Friendly, confident and engaging personality.

Remuneration
Monthly Salary of N70,000 / Month.
