Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive with proven experience in the real estate industry to join our team.
  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, following up and closing sales, developing strategies to grow the business, providing advisory services to prospects/clients on what properties to purchase and investment opportunities, managing prospect/client portfolio, and generating revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate sales opportunities and close deals
  • Manage prospect/client portfolio and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and report progress regularly to management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to showcase company services and build a network of contacts.
  • Develop strategies to grow the business and bring up new ideas to increase sales.
  • Provide advice to clients on properties and investment opportunities, answer inquiries, and handle objections to persuade clients to buy
  • Keep up to date with trends in the real estate industry, including market conditions and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven working experience as a real estate salesperson with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and the drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
