We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales of all company products and services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new sales are made as per given monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
• Generate new leads for all company’s products and services.
• Engage the leads generated regularly.
• Convert the leads to loyal customers.
• Organize and accompany prospects and/or existing clients’ on-site inspections where necessary.
• Ensure proper management of client’s Business and relationship with company.
• Carry out all other sales team and individual activities/duties as may be assigned by Manager, Sales & Marketing.

Requirements

• A minimum of B.Sc/HND in related fields.
• Proven experience in Sales of Real Estate is an added advantage
• At least, two (2) years post NYSC experience in Marketing & Sales with a proven record of business development in a real estate establishment.
• Interpersonal and people skills.
• Communication skills (both written and speaking).
• Time management.
• Record history of target meeting.
• Ability to drive with valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
