Job Position: Sales Executive / Marketer (High-Level)

Role Overview

• Lead strategic marketing and sales initiatives to drive customer acquisition and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage and mentor mid-level marketers and sales staff.
• Analyse market trends and customer data to optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with product and digital teams to align marketing with platform features.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Customer acquisition and conversion rates.
• Campaign ROI and engagement.
• Team performance and goal achievement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in sales or marketing leadership roles.
• Experience with Nigerian digital consumer markets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and communication.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools.

Work Environment & Culture:

• Hybrid office and field environment.

Career Progression:

• Senior Marketing Manager or Business Development Director.

Special Notes / Nigerian Market Context:

• Must understand Nigerian social media trends and consumer behaviour.
