Job Position: Sales Manager and Investment Associate

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Promotes company's products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits
• Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business
• Experience in Marketing, Banking and Sales is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
