Responsibilities

• Lead sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master's Degree in a Science related course, Bachelor in Medical and Laboratory Science.
• Certification in Business Management.
• Below 35 years
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a sale team.
