Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive. If you thrive on building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through sales and marketing efforts, we want you on board.
• As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience, fostering lasting partnerships, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives within the cleaning industry.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, manage, and oversee telephone interactions to ensure positive and engaging customer engagement.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and drive business growth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers, addressing concerns, optimizing their experience, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Develop and deliver customer training programs to maximize product/service utilization and promote upselling opportunities.
• Analyze and report on sales and marketing metrics, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Proactively engage with customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective sales solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met and contribute to overall business goals, including sales and marketing objectives.
• Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales and marketing efforts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt and enhance sales and marketing strategies.
• Explore and implement new tools and techniques to optimize sales and marketing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in customer care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles with a track record of successful customer engagement.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the success of sales, marketing, and customer care initiatives.
