Job Description

• We are currently seeking a proactive and personable Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Officer to join our team and help expand our client base and market presence.
• If you have a passion for sales, marketing, and client engagement—and experience in real estate—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing and customer service
• Strong communication,interpersonaland negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
