Job Position: Sales Officer

Job Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• We're seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to work with our partner, primarily Bolt, and other small business partners.
• You'll be responsible for picking up and delivering items to customers while providing excellent customer service, with a primary focus on delivering services through Bolt and other partner companies as required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Bolt to carry out daily assigned tasks.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism while on duty.
• Ensure proper handling and care of company property (bike, uniform, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements

• Must own a functional phone
• Must be skilled in performing the job role effectively
• Must be disciplined, reliable, and responsible with company property
• Familiar with navigation apps.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.

What We Provide

• Salary: N80,000 Monthly + Commission
