Fadac Resources and Services Limited - Our client is a low-cost retailer and variety store chain that specializes in household and consumer goods including cosmetics, stationery, toys, and kitchenware. Due to expansion, they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Locations: Ikeja-Jara Mall - Lagos, Abuja, Benin - Edo, Kano, Bayelsa, and Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from customers.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE certificate
• Experience in sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, excel, and Outlook.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
