Job Position: Senior Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Mode: Onsite | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day offsite).

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring clients for HR outsourcing services (recruitment, payroll, etc.), closing business deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Experience in Consulting is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and convert leads into paying clients.
• Acquire and manage clients for HR outsourcing services.
• Negotiate and close outsourcing contracts with favorable terms.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (HR Consulting/Outsourcing preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month (Net) + commission on closed deals.
