NoemDek Limited is an EPC Company incorporated in Nigeria in 2012, to provide specialized services to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, FMCGs, etc. Over the past five years, the firm and its international partners have supported clients on large infrastructure projects and after-sales services to ensure the assets are maintained effectively and a client’s operations run smoothly.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Senior Human Resources Personnel

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description 
The candidate will be responsible for:


  •  Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. 
  •  Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Overseeing performance management and staff development.
  •  Managing compensation, benefits, and HR reporting..
  •  Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures..
  •  Identifying training needs and coordinating relevant programs.
  •  Driving employee engagement and a positive work culture.
  •  Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Academic and Professional Qualifications 

  • First Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  •  Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

  •  Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  •  Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  •  Ability to design and implement training and development programs.
  •  Experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  •  Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills
  •  Typing speed of 40WPM.

Soft Skills:

  •  Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR strategies into actionable plans.
  •  Strong leadership and people management skills. 
  •  Excellent ethical values and discretion in handling confidential information.
  •  Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  •  Meticulous attention to detail.

Work Experience:

  •  Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  •  Experience working in a structured organization is preferred.
  •  This is not an entry-level role.
