Shift Production Manager

We are a manufacturing firm with offices in Lagos and Sagamu, Ogun States, we currently have openings for immediate employment in the position below:

Job Position: Shift Production Manager
Job Location: Sagamu Plant

Responsibilities

• Effective production planning and control
• Ensure set line production targets and all KPI’s are met.
• Ensure products set quality standards are met.
• Ensure good stock control and management with full accountability.
• Effective inventory management to maintain smooth flow of raw materials for production
• Optimal utilization of manpower
• Ensure the manufacturing of food under a strict clean and hygienic condition.
• Ensuring strict implementation of the company’s policy on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Planning and coordinating operational activities for the shift.
• Controlling production cost by minimizing process waste, maximizing efficiency and taking appropriate timely actions to reduce downtime.
• Collaborating with maintenance team to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Food Tech or related field.
• At least five (5) years working experience in a Biscuit making company.
