Job Position: Social Media / Content Creation Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Content Creator Manager to join our team!
• If you love telling stories, connecting with people online, and turning great ideas into awesome content, this role is for you.
• You'll be the voice of our brand, helping us grow our community and share our message in a fun, engaging way.

Responsibilities

• Your duties will be ablend of creativity, strategic, and analytical tasks.
• Creativity and production duties-You'll create, edit, and publish daily content (like posts, videos, and stories) across all our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Planning and strategizing: Develop a content calendar and a social media strategy that aligns with our goals. You'll plan what we post and when we post it.
• Communality and engagement duties : Respond to comments, messages, and questions in a friendly, helpful, and timely manner.
• Measure what works: Track and analyze how our content is performing using simple analytics tools. You'll share what's working and what we can improve.
• Manage campaigns: Run social media campaigns and contests to boost engagement and grow our audience.

Education & Experience

• A Degree from a reputable university with theright skills and experience.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.

Skills needed:

• Natural Creator: You must have a passion for writing catchy captions, designing eye-catching visuals, and shooting great videos.
• Social media savvy: You know how each social media platform works and what kind of content thrives on each one.
• Detail-oriented: You havekeen eye for spelling, grammar, and a consistent brand voice.
• Great communicator:Ability toexpress ideas clearly and have a friendly, engaging tone.
• Creative and innovative:Thinkingof new and exciting ways to engage our audience.
