Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Social Media & Customer Experience Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service through multiple communication channels, including social media platforms, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
• This role requires a friendly, approachable individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of University Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or any of the social sciences
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a QSR Industry
• Excellent communication and people skills; great personality.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Proven experience in social media management and customer service (preferably in an e-commerce and or fast food brand).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with social media platforms,Instagram,WhatsApp, and basic customer service tools.
• Experience with order management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
