Job Summary

• We're seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, drive engagement, and convert leads for our hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage social media presence across platforms (content creation, publishing, and engagement).
• Create and execute content calendars, leveraging CMS and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with Business Development team to drive leads and conversions.
• Utilize graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) to enhance content.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of social media marketing and content creation experience (Hospitality Industry preferred)
• Proven track record of driving sales and engagement through social media
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options
• Excellent content creation, writing, and design skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
