Job Position: Social Media Manager

Job Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strong, consistent social media strategy aligned with our brand identity, campaign calendar, and marketing goals.
• Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
• Plan and create high-quality, on-brand content (posts, Reels, Stories, TikToks, Lives, etc.)—including scheduling, captions, hashtags, and engagement.
• Manage the social media content calendar, working closely with the marketing team to align with drops, campaigns, popups, and special events.
• Respond to DMs and comments to build a thriving and engaged online community.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to generate behind-the-scenes content, styling videos, lookbooks, and storytelling posts.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and analytics to optimize content performance and drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Coordinate with influencers, stylists, and brand collaborators to amplify reach and ensure alignment with brand voice.
• Support marketing initiatives such as giveaways, launches, collaborations, and customer spotlights.
• Track and report on performance metrics (growth, engagement rate, traffic, conversions) and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 2 years of work experience.

Salary
N110,000 - N130,000 Monthly.
