About the Job

• We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team.
• Your role involves devising and implementing our social media strategy, crafting engaging content, overseeing online communities, and analyzing data to enhance performance across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand visibility, interaction, and conversions.
• Curate and generate top-notch content for our social media channels, including posts, visuals, videos, and stories.
• Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and strategies for optimal impact.
• Analyze key metrics and furnish regular reports on social media performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
• Manage all social media accounts, spanning Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor and promptly respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
• Collaborate internally to synchronize social media campaigns, promotions, and product releases.
• Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of managing and expanding social media accounts.
• Possess a solid grasp of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills, adept at tailoring engaging content to diverse audiences.
• Display creativity and a discerning eye for design and aesthetics.
• Possess strong analytical skills, capable of deriving actionable insights from data.
• Show excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, adept at managing multiple projects from 2 brands simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
